Ingredients
- 1 medium acorn squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted coconut oil)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)

- ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Prep the acorn squash by washing under cold water and cutting in half lengthwise, removing seeds.
- Season the squash with a mixture of olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
- Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Add toppings like nuts or nutmeg during the last few minutes if desired.
- Serve warm drizzled with extra maple syrup and enjoy!
