Description
These Air-Fried 100-Calorie Potato Wedges are crispy, flavorful, and guilt-free. With minimal ingredients and maximum crunch, they’re the perfect healthy snack or side for any meal.
Ingredients
- 2 medium russet potatoes (about 400g total)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)
- Optional for dipping: Greek yogurt mixed with lemon juice or low-fat ketchup
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes (keep the skin on). Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then into wedges, about 8 per potato.
- Place wedges in cold water for 20 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry thoroughly.
- In a bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange wedges in a single layer in the basket without overcrowding. Air-fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispy wedges, soak in cold water and ensure they’re completely dry before seasoning. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
