Ingredients
- 1 banana (preferably frozen)
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- ¼ cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Toppings: fresh berries, sliced banana, pumpkin seeds, granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds
Instructions
- In a blender, add banana, mango, strawberries, Greek yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth and thick. Add more milk if needed for a spoonable texture.
- Scoop the smoothie into a shallow bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
