Description
This 3 Ingredient Peach Sorbet is a refreshing, naturally sweet frozen treat made with real peaches, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup. It’s quick to prepare, dairy-free, and perfect for warm days when you want something fruity and light.
Ingredients
3 cups frozen or fresh peach slices
2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Instructions
Add peach slices, lemon juice, and sweetener to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth, scraping down sides if needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
Transfer mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container.
Freeze for 2–3 hours or until firm.
Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping and serving.
Notes
Use canned peaches (in juice, not syrup) if fresh or frozen are unavailable.
For extra creaminess, add a splash of coconut milk (not counted in the 3 ingredients).
To make it scoopable straight from the freezer, add 1 tsp vodka before freezing (optional).
This recipe is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan if maple syrup is used.
