Description

This 3 Ingredient Peach Sorbet is a refreshing, naturally sweet frozen treat made with real peaches, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup. It’s quick to prepare, dairy-free, and perfect for warm days when you want something fruity and light.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups frozen or fresh peach slices

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  • Add peach slices, lemon juice, and sweetener to a high-powered blender or food processor.

  • Blend until smooth, scraping down sides if needed.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.

  • Transfer mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container.

  • Freeze for 2–3 hours or until firm.

  • Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping and serving.

Notes

  • Use canned peaches (in juice, not syrup) if fresh or frozen are unavailable.

  • For extra creaminess, add a splash of coconut milk (not counted in the 3 ingredients).

  • To make it scoopable straight from the freezer, add 1 tsp vodka before freezing (optional).

  • This recipe is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan if maple syrup is used.
