Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails (6–8 oz each), thawed if frozen
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Prep the lobster tails by cutting the top shell lengthwise and lifting the meat on top. Pat dry.
- Make the butter mixture by combining melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook by preheating the broiler or air fryer, then broiling or air frying the lobster tails until done.
- Finish by spooning remaining butter over the lobster and garnishing with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
